Nansledan

A housing development near Newquay, Cornwall

Nansledan is an extension to the Cornish coastal town of Newquay on Duchy of Cornwall land that embodies the principles of architecture and urban planning championed by HRH The Prince of Wales. The Development is being built in eight key phases or ‘quarters’. Each quarter will have its own character while clearly being part of the whole. The first phase is called Trewolek and was started in 2014. The second phase is called Kosti Veur and is now well underway. Nansledan is being built by a consortium of three South West building companies, working in partnership with the Duchy of Cornwall. They are CG Fry & Son, Morrish Builders and Wainhomes, and three groundworks contractors - Fred Champion, MJL and WBM. (text from Nansledan website)

We feel very privileged to be part of such a prestigious project and enjoy a close working partnership on this and other projects, with all of the 6 companies involved, and we look forward to our continued association with these respected local companies for many years to come.
